We harvest truffles throughout Veneto, with respect for nature

Every day, we explore the forests of Veneto with our trained dogs, searching for truffles with patience and passion. We work in full compliance with regulations, respecting the environment and animal welfare, because quality comes from an authentic connection with the land. Quality also means knowing how to harvest truffles in the right place and at the right time, ensuring that they reach full maturity.

We produce different types of frozen truffles, including frozen ground truffle in jars made exclusively with truffle, oil and salt. We reject artificial flavours, chemical preservatives and any ingredients that alter the true essence of the product.
